Aerobatic Air Displays
An Aerobatic Air Display by Advanced Flying (London) Ltd is unique, safe, and will make your event truly memorable. Our breathtaking Aerobatic Air displays are ideal for Public Events, Weddings and other Private Occasions as well as Corporate Events. All bookings and enquiries are handled by an experienced event organiser.
Each aerobatic air display lasts for eight to ten minutes and consists of a combination of breathtaking aerobatic and tumbling feats.
The Aircraft
The air displays are performed in our distinctive aircraft, ‘Scarlett O’Hara’. ‘Scarlett’ is the latest Pitts Special Aerobatic Aeroplane, a classic legacy bi plane with character and romantic appeal combined with phenomenal power and performance. She captivates audiences with her vibrant colour scheme and distinctive sound. Your air display can be combined with music and commentary.
The Display Pilots
Nick Barnard, is one of very few pilots in the UK with an Unlimited Display Authorisation which means he can display any sort of aerobatics at low level. Nick has also displayed the Yak 50 and Sukhoi 29 aircraft and has flown more than 400 air displays.
As well as instructing for Advanced Flying (London) Ltd, Darren Audet specialises in displaying the Pitts Special. He recently displayed the Pitts at RAF Kenley Air Day.
